AGREEMENT

TURN AROUND TIME IS DEFINED BY THE FOLLOWING:

BUSINESS DAY 1:
This is the day that AMG received this COMPLETED online direct mail order form. When you submit this form, you will receive an email same day confirming that AMG has received your request. In the Subject line of your returned email, you will see either the word: CONFIRMED or the phrase: INCOMPLETE REQUEST. If you received a "confirmed" email, you may expect that AMG has begun the process of fulfilling your request. If you receive an email which indicates that you have submitted an "incomplete request" you will also see notes in the body of the email that explain what was missing from your request so that you may resubmit a new online direct mail form with the required information needed to submit a "completed" request.
BUSINESS DAY 2:
On your behalf, your AMG representative will execute the following internal communications: Graphic Design Request and List Count Request. On this day, AMG's graphic designers, list procurement administrators and printing administrators will begin creating your tailored mail piece, researching the best possible lists available to order for this direct mail campaign and will schedule the printing needs required to execute this request.
BUSINESS DAY 3:
On this day, your AMG representative will review the designed mail piece, procured list counts and printing needs. Then he/she will make refinements within the confines of your original request needed in order to give your direct mail campaign the highest probability for success. Your AMG representative will also price your direct mail campaign and prepare a contract agreement and mailer proof to deliver to you the following day.
BUSINESS DAY 4:
Your AMG representative will review the contract and mail piece with one of the owners of AMG on this day before emailing you a copy of the contract and mail piece to sign and fax back to AMG. NOTE: An owner or authorized representative of your company must sign and fax back both the contract and final mail piece in order for AMG to proceed to the following business day's activities. If you or a representative of your organization implements changes to the contract or mail piece, AMG will execute those changes and return the changed contract, mail piece or both to you or to the representative that initiated those changes within 24 hours. AMG will not proceed to the following business day's activities without having received signed final copies of your contract and mail piece. If you or a representative of your office returned a signed copy of the contract and mail piece on BUSINESS DAY 4 (The same day you received them), the activities of BUSINESS DAY 5 will not begin until the following business day.
BUSINESS DAY 5:
This day's activities will only occur after AMG has received a faxed copy of the contract and mail piece. On this day, AMG will schedule the list procurement, printing and production facility fulfillment of your requested direct mail campaign. AMG also expects that you or a representative of your organization will schedule a check, money order, or wire transfer to arrive at AMG's location or bank account no later that two (2) days from this day (Saturday is included as a business day for payment only).
BUSINESS DAY 6:
If applicable - AMG procures your list, begins printing the mail piece, orders any and all prizes and prize boards, prepares hang tags, registration forms and call centering instructions.
BUSINESS DAY 7:
AMG expects to receive100% full payment of this direct mail campaign no later than this day (Saturday is included as a business day for payment only) in order to execute the remainder of your request. If AMG does not receive you payment on this day, AMG and your organization agree that the actual day that AMG receives 100% full payment will be considered "BUSINESS DAY 7".
BUSINESS DAY 8:
AMG verifies it bank account has begun processing your payment. If applicable, AMG assigns your call tracking number to ring to the call center.
BUSINESS DAY 9:
AMG reviews final printed copy of the mail piece and allows the printed mail piece to dry before placing the final mail piece in the following business day's cue to mail-merge and process the final production stage of the direct mail campaign request. The list is run through Smart Mailer software in order to CASS Certify and NCOA the list to ensure highest deliverability.
BUSINESS DAY 10:
AMG processes the ink jet, inserting, postage appending, mail bundling and checks the finished product in with the USPS for delivery. This is the day in which your organization can expect to be the "FIRST DROP DATE".
NOTE:
Your organization must know that "Business Day 10", also known as "First Drop Date" occurs Monday - Friday only. You may also expect that Presort Standard and First Class mail campaigns require up to six (6) days, including Saturday, to be delivered to the Eastern Standard Time Zone. You may also expect that Presort Standard and First Class mail campaigns require up to six (5) days, including Saturday, to be delivered to the Central Standard Time Zone. You may also expect that Presort Standard and First Class mail campaigns require up to six (5) days, including Saturday, to be delivered to the Western Standard Time Zone. You may also expect that Presort Standard and First Class mail campaigns require up to six (5) days, including Saturday, to be delivered to the Pacific Standard Time Zone. You may also expect that Presort Standard and First Class mail campaigns require up to six (6) days, including Saturday, to be delivered to the Eastern Standard Time Zone.
